Bryan Bowman, President

Bryan has over 10 years of product design and development experience. During this time, Bryan has managed projects ranging from cardiac rhythm management devices to breast biopsy devices. Bryan's extensive product development background also includes non-medical products such as consumer appliances, industrial products and telecommunications equipment. Bryan has served in executive management positions at both product design and manufacturing companies. Prior to his promotion as President, Bryan served as Medivative's Vice President of Business and Product Development.

Tim Franklin, Vice President, Operations

Tim has over 30 years experience in design, manufacturing, engineering and operations with 25 of those years spent in the medical device industry. Throughout his career, Tim has been involved in the design, development and production of products ranging from large clinical blood analyzers to laptop computers to hand-held blood glucose meters. Tim has held management positions in entrepreneurial organizations, medium-sized companies and a large international corporation.

Martin Weinstein Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Marty has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. During Marty's career, he has directed activities in quality, regulatory affairs and manufacturing. Marty has been involved with a broad range of products including laboratory data acquisition systems, implantable drug deliver systems, infusion pumps, OTC glucose monitoring systems and various other in-vitro diagnostic products. Marty has a proven track record of developing effective and compliant quality systems. Marty is also experienced with the FDA from 510(k) submissions to compliance inspections.

David Berry, CFO and General Counsel

Dave has been CFO and General Counsel of Medivative since its inception, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the legal and accounting professions. Dave was formerly a partner of the Indianapolis law firm of Lowe, Gray, Steele & Darko, where he practiced in the areas of tax law, corporate law and business transactions. Before entering the legal profession, Dave was a CPA in the Denver office of Arthur Andersen.
