Before a product is released to production, it is imperative that the manufacturing processes have been well planned. This not only reduces lead time but also ensures that high quality products consistently flow from the production floor to the shipping dock. Our manufacturing engineers perform the process FMEA's and take a hand's-on approach in establishing manufacturing processes. In addition, our existing processes are constantly evaluated to find cost-reducing opportunities for our customers. Working with our parent company as our supplier of component parts including fabricated and machined metal parts, injection molded plastics, custom magnets and complex cable harnesses, we are often able to reduce manufacturing costs.

• Assembly

  Medical devices range from simple mechanical devices to highly complex electro-mechanical devices that require software programming, calibration and testing. At Medivative Technologies we can accommodate all your products under one roof. We are uniquely capable of handling those special products that incorporate multiple technologies within a single housing. Building upon fabricated and machine metal parts, injection molded plastics and complex cable harnesses that could be produced by our parent company, Aircom Manufacturing, our staff at Medivative Technologies has the expertise to manage your entire supply chain and provide your company with packaged finished devices that are ready to be shipped to your customer. As with every product produced by Medivative Technologies, your product has been manufactured knowing that one of our family members may be benefiting from the use of your product. Finally, as a registered contract manufacturer with the Food and Drug Administration, we at Medivative Technologies are keenly aware that we must pay as much attention to the supporting documentation as we do the actual device.

• Packaging and Labeling

  At Medivative, we recognize that proper packaging and labeling of medical devices is essential to ensure that devices placed in the marketplace are not likely to be classified as misbranded or adultered. Medivative has the capability and experience to handle all of your packaging and labeling needs.

• Cleanroom Operations

  In conjunction with Aircom, we operate a Class 100,000 clean room in compliance with ISO 14644. Our 2,500 square foot controlled environment is large enough to handle all of your requirements for contract manufacturing in a low particle environment. From injection molded plastic components to assembly and packaging operations, you can expect the same commitment to quality, detailed documentation and full traceability that our customers have come to expect from Medivative.

• Service / Repair

  For those complex electro-mechanical devices that are designed for years of use, the complete integrated package of services can continue long past the time your products are first manufactured and distributed. When your products comes back from the field for warranty or non-warranty repair, contract Medivative to provide for all your post market needs such as:

  • Trouble shooting and repair
  • Upgrading units to the current configuration
  • Routine preventive maintenance

  All service activities are completed with the same level of care and commitment to quality that your products received when they were first manufactured at Medivative. Each device is retested and qualified to your acceptance specifications. Finally, all related documentation is appended to the original Device History Record so that all supporting product documentation is available to you in one place.

• Test and Calibration

  Commonly, production test stands are required to ensure that complicated electro-mechanical products meet performance requirements. If field service is contemplated, portable test stands are critical to perform functional tests on the product′s pneumatics and electronics as field repairs are made. We are experienced in designing and building test stands. By focusing upon developing test stands concurrently with developing the related products, we are able to perform robust product testing early, which can lead to quicker design decisions and reduce the time to market. As you would expect, our test stands are validated and measurement sensors are calibrated on a routine basis.
