Working with our parent company as our supplier of component parts including fabricated and machined metal parts, injection molded plastics, custom magnets and complex cable harnesses, we are often able to reduce manufacturing costs.

Packaging and Labeling
At Medivative, we recognize that proper packaging and labeling of medical devices is essential to ensure that devices placed in the marketplace are not likely to be classified as misbranded or adultered. Medivative has the capability and experience to handle all of your packaging and labeling needs.
In conjunction with Aircom, we operate a Class 100,000 clean room in compliance with ISO 14644. Our 2,500 square foot controlled environment is large enough to handle all of your requirements for contract manufacturing in a low particle environment. From injection molded plastic components to assembly and packaging operations, you can expect the same commitment to quality, detailed documentation and full traceability that our customers have come to expect from Medivative.
Service / Repair
For those complex electro-mechanical devices that are designed for years of use, the complete integrated package of services can continue long past the time your products are first manufactured and distributed. When your products comes back from the field for warranty or non-warranty repair, contract Medivative to provide for all your post market needs such as:

Each device is retested and qualified to your acceptance specifications. Test and Calibration
Commonly, production test stands are required to ensure that complicated electro-mechanical products meet performance requirements. If field service is contemplated, portable test stands are critical to perform functional tests on the product′s pneumatics and electronics as field repairs are made. We are experienced in designing and building test stands. By focusing upon developing test stands concurrently with developing the related products, we are able to perform robust product testing early, which can lead to quicker design decisions and reduce the time to market. As you would expect, our test stands are validated and measurement sensors are calibrated on a routine basis.
