Tooling

One of the biggest factors in reducing lead-time is our ability through Aircom to design and build our tooling in-house. Injection molds, metal dies, and fixturing are designed in collaboration with our own machinists and tool makers. This affords us the luxury of picking the most practical method of construction and eliminates the dreaded finger pointing between designer and tool maker. And since we will be running the tooling, every effort is taken to ensure that the tooling is easily maintainable with little down time.
